I wish everyday could be a yoga day!
Unfortunately my schedule does not allow it, so I will have to be happy with my 2-3 times a week for now. Despite the heat and intensity of the postures, I feel such an amazing sense of peace and relief after my practice. I am even managing to find peace and stillness during the practice. I was finally able to balance during this posture after months of tipping over to the side. Will I be able to balance tomorrow? Who knows..... Our bodies and moods are different everyday and what yoga teaches me is that my best may look different each day and to listen to my body no matter what. Some days we can do more and some days we can do less. What matters is that we always try our best.
